We held a Dinner & A Movie Night on November 11, 2018, featuring the movie Coco, which was the subject of one of Joy’s Dharma Talks.

Dinner & A Movie Night was on Sunday, May 28 at the temple. We enjoyed a dinner of Zippy's chili, fried chicken, hot dogs, pizza, and a variety of desserts.
After dinner, we watched Moana and munched on freshly popped popcorn.

Dinner followed by the showing of the animated movie Zootopia, complete with freshly popped popcorn.
Zootopia is not only enjoyable as an animated comedy, but also delivers messages pertinent to the current state of the world including the dangers of stereotypes and prejudices. The movie also shows us the importance of embracing change.
